Q. Where are you based?

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver anywhere in mainland UK .

Q. How much do you charge for delivery? 

A. Standard delivery from our office to your address (depending on the order quantity) £60 - £150 If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and BFPO addresses delivery charge and time may take slightly longer.

Q. When will I be contacted to arrange delivery?

A. We’ll call you as soon as your stock arrives and same day we will arrange your delivery date. 

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?

A. Delivery takes three to five weeks. Please check individual products for availability. 

Q. What days do you deliver? 

A. Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm excluding Bank Holidays.

Q. Can I request a specific delivery date and time? 

A. Yes you can please call us on 0203 490 7075.

Q. Our business or home on a narrow street and parking can be a problem, will you still be able to deliver? 

A. Our carriers use large (sometimes articulated) lorries for delivery so please state all street or parking restrictions when placing your order so we can try and plan your delivery accordingly. As a the rule of thumb if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture. Please note that any failed deliveries due to access issues will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

Q. What if I miss my delivery? 

A. Your item/s will be returned to the warehouse and a £100 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery.

Q. Can I collect my furniture? 

A. Yes you can collect by prior appointment from our warehouse in Wembley , Unit 6, Northend Road, Wembley Park Business Centre, Wembley, Middlesex , HA9 0AS Collection is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We will require a passport or drivers licence as proof of ID. Call us on 0203 490 7075 to make an appointment and get directions.

Q. Is it safe to order over the internet? 

A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. To ensure maximum security we are using paypal and do not keep any of your credit card information.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept? 

A. Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron, American ExpressYou can also pay by cheque or BACS – call us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.

Q. Can I order over the phone? 

A. Yes. Simply call us on 0203 490 7075  Monday to Friday 9-6 or Saturday 10-4, excluding bank holidays.

Q. Do your products come with any guarantees? 

A. Yes all our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee.

Q. Can I request a swatch? 

A. Our swatches are only available online.
